Investors and developers are interested in commercial leisure parks and there is strong operator demand. There are currently about 30 existing schemes in the UK, with a further 30 having planning permission. It is likely that the best schemes will be priced out of the market by the institutions, and the lack of large sites will lead to more multi-level schemes, with multi-deck car parking.

Industrialists Call on US to End "Unjust" Taxation
Article Abstract:
British industrialists are asking the United States to end unjust taxation on their companies. Thirteen states are taxing the earnings of the companies' worldwide income. The companies are concerned that other countries will adopt the same legislation. The procedure is called unitary taxation.
