Somalia's first war lady
Article Abstract:
Starlin Arush is a war lady who is seeking to control Merca, Somalia. She was called by COSV, an aid agency from Italy, to return from Italy and become a mediator in Somalia, and she managed to get fighters to leave a hospital. Somalia - still breathing, in its way
Article Abstract:
Sporadic military actions continue in Somalia some four years after the 1992 US intervention, but there has been a rich crop harvest and famine in no longer a major issue. The country has divided into clan-controlled sections, and it seems unlikely that any one person will control the entire nation.
