Stochastic synergies in sequential auctions
Article Abstract:
The gains that a bidder in an auction is likely to get from sequential auctions because of effectively being able to combine more tasks are analyzed and discussed. For the purpose, stochastic measures are used. The observations are based on the sequential construction auctions by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
