TO's SkyDome embraces all comers
Article Abstract:
Sportsco International Corp is positioning Toronto Skydome as a brand new building after it bought the $80-million downtown sports and entertainment complex in Apr 1999. Sportsco's aim is to create a new reputation for the facility which has been known to make sweetheart deals with suppliers who received exclusive supplying and advertising rights. One major sponsorship opportunity that could bring the company as little as $2 million annually is the renaming of the building which will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in Jun 1999.
