Prospects are improving for Taiwan's over-the-counter securities market. Foreign funds are already entering the country in lieu of its upcoming inclusion in Morgan Stanley's global emerging markets family of indexes in Sep. 1996 while high-growth companies in the market represent viable and unique investment opportunities for fund managers. Favorites include Yuanta Securities and Bank SinPac.
