Textbooks on CD-ROM: multimedia in education is better for college students than for school tots
Article Abstract:
There is a debates as to the efficency of CD-ROMs as a classroom teaching tool for children. Children of varying abilities finf them unthreatening. But CD-ROMs are not always interactive and children can also get diverted from the task. However they seem to be excellent on the college level.

Article Abstract:
A collection of pop-culture CD-ROM titles evaluations are presented. The Rolling Stones' 'Voodoo Lounge' and Zion Train's 'Home Grown Fantasy' are largely unoriginal and of poor quality. Peter Gabriel's 'Xplora I,' Voyager's 'Freak Show' and 'Puppet Motel' are superior products.
