The Greek market for cosmetics & toiletries
Article Abstract:
The market for toiletries and cosmetics in Greece was examined by dividing the market into 10 main product sectors, namely, baby care, bath and shower products, deodorants, hair care, make-up and color cosmetics, men's toiletries, oral hygiene, perfumes and fragrances, skin care and sun care. Results show that the most dynamic was the bath and shower products sector while the largest was the skin care sector which accounted for 23.1% by value of the overall cosmetics and toiletries market in 1998.
