The effect of remanufacturing on procurement decisions for resellers in secondary markets
Article Abstract:
Manufacturing firms reuse components for remanufacturing their products thereby reducing the unit cost of production and their decisions are often based on the cost effectiveness thereof. One of the methods of remanufacturing is to procure the older technology from the market and resell it as it is or with slight improvement in other developing countries where the technology is acceptable.

Modeling ordered decision making in product development
Article Abstract:
Modelling ordered decision making processes in product development is found to be an effective means of minimizing quality loss and doing so requires the characterization of order invariance and task invariance. Characterization of the two variables would enable product development managers to decompose quality loss factors and develop optimal ordered decision making model.
