The last divorce?
Article Abstract:
Montenegro may seek independence from Yugoslavia, but there are obstacles to a separation from Serbia. There has been a meeting between the prime ministers of Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro, who have agreed to improve transportation and communications links, and seek to combat terrorism and crime. There may also be better relations between Montenegro and Croatia following elections in Croatia. There are still close ties with Serbia, and some third of Montenegro's population is loyal to Serbia.
