Harvesting a healthy crop
Article Abstract:
Jordans chief executive, Bill Jordan, has shown that a profit can be made from selling healthy foods. He comes from a family with a tradition of producing flour dating back to 1855. He set up Jordans cereal division in 1980s with David, his brother, to market a cereal bar, and the number of employees has since increased to 300 from 40. The company increasingly brings in outsiders rather than family members. The cereals used in Jordans products are grown according to strict standards.
