Article Abstract:
It is clear that many companies will have to develop new ways of attracting and retaining talented staff as their requirements evolve rapidly in the 21st century. It is important to be aware that there is often a significant gap between the job attributes company representatives emphasize to attract applicants and the attributes target people regard as the most important. Companies must be clearly aware of what talented people are aiming for, as this will allow them to present an attractive job proposition.
