Nasdaq stock prices have risen then fallen. Options trading has increased, and this could be linked to increased volatility for Nasdaq stocks Options traders may not be able to purchase stocks that they have sold calls for and this can lead stock prices to crash upwards. Options sellers may panic buy when stock shortages appear, which increases prices and volatility. Equity markets could become increasingly volatile if bids dry up rather than offers.
