Towards a successful CRM implementation in banks: an integrated model
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine the role of customer relationship management (CRM) programs in the banking industry, and identify marketing activities affected by the use of CRM. A total of 159 banks were used in the study. Findings show a substantial positive effect of CRM use on marketing objectives and relationships effectiveness.
