Twin horror
Article Abstract:
The some 10,000 killings per month in Burundi resemble similar genocide in Rwanda in 1994, but are substantially different. The Burundi deaths are part of a civil war started by a minority Tutsi group, and those in Rwanda were started by a majority Hutu group. International peace efforts in Burundi are underway.
