Two stage equilibrium and product choice with elastic demand

Research is presented concerning the development of a two stage model which can be used to investigate the influence of elastic demand on product choice. Duopolists, consumer demand and transportation costs are discussed.

Multiplicity of equilibria in search markets with free entry and exit
Article Abstract:
A study analyzing the presence of multiple equilibria in search markets, while firms having marginal costs, and may enter and exit the market freely, is presented. When search costs get small, multiplicity disappears.
