The UK Pensions Trust chief executive, Richard Strode, has called for the modernisation of pensions. Strode believes that contributors to schemes should sign an expression of wish form and that all kinds of households should be recognised by the Pension Schemes Office. The chief executive also emphasised the growing complication of tax rules, relationships and the sharing of pensions.
