VW gives job pledges to German workers

Porsche's 'solution' for VW surprises investors

Porsche AG is to increase it's stake to 20 percent in Volkswagen AG from less than five percent. The investment is "friendly" and is valued at approximately 3 billion Euros or $3.6 billion.
