Borse Dubai, a stock exchange operator from the United Arab Emirates, has topped the offer by Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. for buying Sweden's OMX AB. Borse Dubai's bid, at 230 Swedish kronor per share, represents a 13.7% premium to Nasdaq's May bid of 202.30 kroner.
