The regional marketers are deterred from use of TV as advertising media due to lack of service and consideration from media vendors, carelessness of national media buyers, continued media fragmentation loss of viewing hours and the regulatory decisions of the CRTC. Inspite of these deterring factors the television's importance as an advertising medium makes the regional marketers to be innovative and make best use of opportunities
