Three approaches are prescribed for the relief of PMS, namely, the traditional, herbal and the alternative approach. For traditional treatment of PMS symptoms, an internist and endocrinologist recommends ibuprofen for headaches and a 250 daily dose of magnesium to ease fluid retention. The Herbal remedies include oatstraw, dandelion and cleavers, while the alternative approach involves yoga poses that are guaranteed to relieve PMS.
