Who is a German?

Article Abstract:

The neo-Nazi scourge

Article Abstract:

German chancellor Helmut Kohl seems reluctant to speak out against race-based terrorism targeting refugees and Turks in Germany. It is understandable that Germany should repeal their open asylum policy, but German-born children of immigrants should be given a chance for citizenship.
