Why industrial advertising is often done in house
Article Abstract:
This article reports on some of the findings of a survey of Canadian advertisers designed to determine whether they use the services of an advertising agency or do promotion functions themselves, and why they choose the way they do. The most interesting results of the study centred on differences between industrial and consumer goods marketers, indicating a trend for industrial marketers toward performing more promotion functions in house.
