Worried in Beijing
Article Abstract:
The Falun Gong sect has become increasingly popular in China and the government has campaigned against the sect. Falun Gong provides activities and beliefs that the Communist Party cannot control, and this, as well as its large following, is a good reason for the government to ask questions. The government should not ban the sect since it could become clandestine which could create problems later. The sect is not likely to be a problem in itself, but the government's reaction could mean that it becomes a problem.
