A recipe for a regular chocolate cream pie contains 600 calories, 36 grams fat and 196 mg cholesterol. The recipe was revised to make it more healthy by reducing the amount of eggs and using low-fat milk. The pie now has only 287 calories, 11 grams of fat and 30 mg cholesterol.
