A cool way to make proteins
Article Abstract:
The 'pCold' vector system when utilized at the right temperature reduces the expression of endogenous bacterial proteins and it might also reduce the various problems put together. Once this cold shock is performed the bacterial cells change to machines that produce protein and is dedicated solely to creating recombinant protein.
