A practical guide to a FIMBRA audit

The Financial Intermediaries', Managers' and Brokers' Regulatory Association (FIMBRA) is one of the Self-Regulating Organizations (SRO) recognized under the Financial Services Act of 1986. All FIMBRA members are required to obtain an audit. A checklist of the regular and specialized procedures to be followed during audit attendance of a FIMBRA member is provided.
