Analysis of vertebrate SCL loci identifies conserved enhancers
Article Abstract:
Research focused on the analysis of vertebrate SCL loci identifies conserved enhancers. The combination of long-range comparative sequence analysis with a high-throughput transgenic bioassay offers a good strategy for identifying and characterizing developmentally significant enhancers.
