Article Abstract:
Telos Corp., Ashburn, Va., is being awarded a time and materials with award fee contract (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order), with a base year total estimated cost of $29,569,029, and an estimated cumulative total of $160,383,072 if all options are exercised. The contractor will provide support services for system and software engineering of Fire Support Mission-Critical Defense Systems and associated or related systems and technology programs support by the Communications & Electronics Command Software Engineering Center, Fire Support Software Engineering (SEC-FSSE), located at Fort Sill, Okla., for one year, with four one-year options. Work will be performed at Fort Sill, Okla., and is expected to be completed by March 10, 2004. There were three bids solicited on Nov. 19, 1998, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Communications & Electronics Command, Ft. Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (DAAB07-99-D-G001)!

Hewlett Packard Company, Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded a $1,695,375 modification (cumulative total $12,798,703) to a firm-fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for Local Area Network and Wide Area Network Analyzers for Signal Corps communications. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colo. and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
