Article Abstract:
Raytheon Co., Missile Systems Division Hq., Bedford, Mass., is being awarded $1,586,410 as part of a $10,498,939 (base year total) cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursable-no-fee contract with a cumulative total of $46,247,109 if all options are exercised. This project is for major item repair of U.S. owned and foreign government (Israel and the Netherlands) assets in support of the PATRIOT Missile System. Work will be performed in Bedford, Mass., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2002. Of the total contract funds, $1,586,410 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 15, 1998. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAH01-99-C-0001).
