Article Abstract:
Northrop Grumman Corp., Field Support Services, Inc., Pt. Mugu, Calif., is being awarded a $7,580,350 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-96-G-0133 to provide for the fabrication of 16 Low Altitude Navigational Targeting Infrared Night (LANTIRN) Targeting System Integration modification kits; 20 Embedded Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Internal Navigational System kits; 15 Miniaturized Airborne GPS Receiver kits; 23 LANTIRN Pylon Adapters; 89 Digital Flight Control System modification kits, and 20 band suppression filters for the F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Pt. Mugu, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $9,939,989 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-96-G-0211 to exercise an option to install 17 night targeting systems/canopy and cockpit modifications and 27 communication/navigation upgrades into 27 AH-1W aircraft. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by May 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
