Arysta LifeScience and Nippon Zenyu Kogyo (both Japan) have formed Tianjin Zenyaku Animal Health Co. (China), capitalized at Yen 280 million, to make and market feed supplements and formula feed for beef and dairy cattle. Turnover is expected to be Yen 300 million. Output will at first all go to Japan, but later sales will expand into China, Asia and Oceania.
