The company has a distribution agreement with a US customer which will take risks from distribution in the US. The United Kingdom accounts for 20% of the company's market and Univak aims to increase its share in the global market to some 5% by year-end 2000.

The company benefits from barriers to entry which give protection against oversupply in the market.
