AustriaEs stock market capitalization that stands at just 14% of GDP, compared to 110% for Western Europe as a whole, wakes up Austrians and the government to move towards rebuilding of Vienna Stock Exchange that has been losing all its listings. The promising future of the AustriaEs stock markets and the exchange is discussed in the opinions of Erich Obersteiner, joint CEO of the stock exchange, and Schrenk, the ex-CEO of national oil giant OMV.
