Beverly Enterprises - BEV
Article Abstract:
Analysts, citing the relatively small number of shares sold by insiders at Beverly Enterprises Inc., doubt that the company will be acquired by a competitor soon. Widespread speculation that Beverly Enterprises will be taken over by another company has been circulating for months. The company's share prices remain low due largely to the takeover speculation and flat earnings. Beverly Enterprises provides long-term health care services for the elderly.
