NAPET president leaps into retail

Apex Photo-Technical Services Inc owner Dave Marsh opened a store in downtown Manchester, NH, in Aug 1999. The company, which closed its Amherst, NH, repair facility, devotes the main floor to retail, the basement for shopping and receiving and the second floor for camera repair. Marsh said he had to change his way of thinking and business practice since opening the photo retail store in Manchester.

Radium Photo celebrates 90 years

Article Abstract:

Radium Photo is a photographic equipment and supplies retailing business in Muskegon, MI, that is celebrating its 90th year in 1999. The business, which is the oldest photo retail store in Michigan, was established by Charles J. Cihak as portrait and commercial photography shop. Cihak's son, who is also named Charles, took over the business when he bought it from his father in 1944.
