Bush renominates Wynne to top Pentagon procurement post

The U.S. President George W. Bush has announced his intention to renominate Michael Wynne as the most senior Pentagon weapons procurement policymaker. Michael Wynne is holding the post in an acting capacity for almost two years since the departure of under secretary of defense Edward 'Pete' Aldridge, due to some misunderstanding with Congress over records releases.
