Chronic, programmed polypeptide delivery from an implanted, multireservoir microchip device
Article Abstract:
The controlled pulsatlle release of the polypeptide leuprolide from microchip implants over six months in dogs is described. Each microchip contains an array of discrete reservoir from which dose delivery can be controlled by telemetry.
