Article Abstract:
Eurocopy is a photocopier supplier which has reported profits growth for five consecutive years. The company supplies copying machines with service contracts, and most profit comes from the service contracts. Eurocopy was involved in takeover talks which were abandoned and the children of the chairman later sold 10 million shares. The company is able to expand through acquisitions and should benefit from increased spending by companies on copying machines.
