Delays in Lockheed JSF could mean gains for Boeing Super Hornet
Article Abstract:
The delays in the production of F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) by Lockheed Martin Corp. could mean gains for Boeing Co.'s F/A-18E/F Super Hornet strike fighters. JSF development is hampered by various problems and its further delay has introduced a complex variable into both the production of new Super Hornets by Boeing Co. and also in how to keep the older Hornets flying.
