Effects of lensed-indirect and parabolic lighting on the satisfaction, visual health, and productivity of office workers
Article Abstract:
Data from office workers on their preference for various lighting systems such as lensed-indirect lighting and parabolic lighting reveal that about two thirds of the workers prefer lensed-indirect lighting. The reasons for the preference are lens problems due to tired eyes, eye focusing and screen glare, especially for computer workers. The preference to lensed-indirect lighting is irrespective of the level of illumination in the various systems.
