European biotechnology firms approve of stock market mergers

Many European biotechnology firms, such as Innogenetics and Cerep, both based in France, are publically announcing their approval for stock market mergers. The merger in question is made up of Easdaq and EURO.NM, both eurocentric stock exchanges.
