GAO: DOD doing good job overseeing parts quality
Article Abstract:
Government Accountability Office (GAO) study indicated that the Department of Defense (DOD) is adequately overseeing quality of its spare parts contractors. The review of 15 contractors concluded that quality assurance personnel generally established requirements in performing oversight and enforcement over spare parts prime contractors.
