Michael Neumann works hard to make sure that the Service Net Solutions LLC's 325 employees-two thirds of whom work in its call center, take enough time off. Neumann states that Service Net also allows management employees to set their own work schedule if it's appropriate for their department adding that they do not micromanage people, so as long as they get their work done, the hours can be flexible.
