UK: CC&S REVEALS COCA-COLA DISPLAY PLAN
Article Abstract:
Coca-Cola & Schweppes (CC&S) has designed ready-to-display pallets containing Diet Coke, Coke and Schweppes Lemonade bottles to allow staff in leading multiples to restock more easily and boost in-store availability, The bulk displays containing about 500 of the two-litre PET bottles will be employed to raise off-shelf sales during the busy Christmas period. It is hoped that the move will result in fewer out-of-stock difficulties for Coca-Cola, which is the UK's top packaged grocery brand.

For the first time, customers will be able to get advice and instant decisions on the group's financial products rather than by telephone.
