Golden Books Family Entertainment Inc (GBFE) and Pillsbury Co will launched an in-store campaign in Easter 2001 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Peter Cottontail. Consumers will have two ways to gain savings on Golden Books and Pillsbury products. A coupon featured on an eye-catching Peter Cottontail-themed GBFE display will enable shoppers to instantly save $1 off the purchase of Pillsbury Refrigerated Shape Cookies when they buy any two GBFE Easter book titles. In addition, consumers will be able to save $1 off the purchase of any Golden Book title when they buy two Pillsbury Shape Cookies.

DiGiorno Pizza launches biggest promotion ever

DiGiorno Pizza has launched the 'Be a DiGiorno Delivery Guy' promotion that will offer customers the chance to win $100,000. The company has marked more than 10 million pizza cartons with a game code and a toll-free number on the inside. Duane Hart, DiGiorno brand manager, said it is the company's biggest promotion, which would be supported with an aggressive point-of-sale program to build in-store awareness.
