Customers orientation and usage of financial distribution channels
Article Abstract:
Research into the usage and attitudes toward financial distribution channels by financial customers is given. ATM's, human bank tellers, point of sale machines, electronic banking, and electronic funds transfer services were examined to determine relationships between consumers and financial institutions.
