How to appraise the CFO
Article Abstract:
The various ways in which the success of the chief financial officer (CFO) is measured are outlined with regard to his professional competence, his suitability and the quality of his performance. Annual appraisal may help to initiate the process of measuring but the quality of the process varies hugely, hence, a comprehensive strategy is recommended that would aid in a direct and unbiased assessment of the CFO's success.
