How to choose conference sites
Article Abstract:
Choosing the right venue for a conference or seminar involves a host of issues. The first consideration in selecting a location is knowledge of attendees. For this reason, it is important to develop a profile containing attendee demographics, meeting formats and recreational activities, conference history and meeting site criteria. Another critical factor in choosing a conference site is the budget. Once a site has been chosen, it is advisable to conduct an inspection prior to the event.
