Increased spending needed for new defense technologies
Article Abstract:
Arthur Cebrowski, the director of the Office of Force Transformation, the Department of Defense (DOD) expressed his views on increase in spending on development of new technologies such as laser weapons and cyber judgment. New technology is also needed in 'battlefield medicine' to counter lethal diseases dispersed by terrorists or rogue nations.
