Intercapital
Article Abstract:
Intercapital is a money broker which faces a mrket with demanding customers and thin profit margins. The company has acquired Exco using a reverse takeover. Exco had previously performed poorly while Intercapital had performed well, and it is Exco's figures that are publicised due to the nature of the deal. Meanwhile, Intercapital aims to acquire Garban, which has encountered difficulties. The acquisition would help Intercapital to expand in the US, though there is no certainty that the bid will succeed.
